How do I change subscription/notification preferences?

Right now I automatically subscribe in a thread whenever I post in it, and that automatically leads to the subscriptions being marked as "notify me daily of new posts".

I don't see any options allowing me not to automatically subscribe to a thread when I post nor do I see any options allowing the notification frequency to default to "never."

Is there any way to change these preferences?

Hi,

If you go to: http://www.spazgamz.com/forums/profi...do=editoptions and scroll down, you will see the

Default Thread Subscription Mode
When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

Simply change the dropdown box to something which is closer to your preferences.

I didn't see that option; I was being dumb and skimming the list too quickly. Thanks.

Most people do, I prefer to leave it on a weekly subscription, I'd forget about the site otherwise. Glad I could be of help anyways

thank u for posting this. i was getting spammed by the amount of subscirption emails i would get.
